PAYMENT & DELIVERY
1.1. We accept few methods of payment. You can pay via PayPal or via Paysera.com.
1.2. PayPal Payment. Buy online without sharing your financial information. PayPal is popular and secure method of payment. We suggest you this method because it is quick, secure and effective. You only need to have an account in PayPal system. More www.paypal.com.
1.3. Your items will be dispatched only at the time when the complete payment has been processed. The payment has to be done in 1 week after placing the order. If not, the order will be canceled.
2. Delivery and Shipping Charges
2.1. Usually items are being dispatched within 1-2 workings days from the payment date. We dispatch items Mon-Fri 9am-4pm as all services can only be used between these days. Delivery time is approximate, but the purchase should reach you within 5 – 14 working days.
2.2. For fast and safe delivery all items are being sent via Lithuanian Post Service. Shipping charges differs for depending on weight and countries :
Lithuania (LT) : less 0,5 kg / 3 eur, 0,5 – 1 kg / 6 eur
ES countries (ES) : less 0,5 kg / 7,5 eur ; 0,5 – 1 kg / 15 eur
Other Countries (WW) : less 0,5 kg / 10 eur; 0,5 – 1 kg / 20 eur
2.3. Please note for deliveries to non-EU countries that the recipient may be charged import and customs duties. These fees can unfortunately not be refunded.
RETURN OR EXCHANGE POLICY
1.1. We give 10 days return/exchange term. If you do not like the item you have bought from us we expect you to contact and inform about the situation. When the purchase reaches your place you have up to 10 days to reconsider about the order. If the item is not suitable for you as you have expected so you have to inform us about it by e-mail and fill application for return & exchange form before you send it back
1.2. Within 10 days you can take on of these actions:
- Change item size (if available)
- Change item color (if available)
- Change one item model into another (if available)
- Return item and get a refund ⃰
* Important! The refunding is only for goods
1.3. If you are returning the item please make sure that item fits all our requirements:
- Item wasn’t used, item is still in original condition and wasn’t damaged.
- All labels and tags have to be intact (attached to garment).
1.4. If there is more than 10 days passed after you have received the purchase we will not accept any return.
2.1. If you decided to return garment:
- Put the invoice (or a copy of it) with the item in a box.
- Send back the box to the following address:

- You will receive a message as soon as we have received the parcel.
- Refunds are usually given within 7 working days (maximum within 2 weeks).
Purchaser has to pay shipping expenses related to returning back item to baltabalta. The refunding is only for goods. All transportation fees have to be payed by customer.
2.3. We recommend you to send an item via Courier Service or at least via Post Office as registered package. Sending this way you will know where item is at present time and when it will reach its destination
